Irish dark metal act Primordial has issued a statement regarding the band's recent decision to reunite with drummer Simon O'Laoghaire. The band had kicked O'Laoghaire out last June. Primordial vocalist Alan Averill commented by saying:
"It's been a while since my last confession.
"Joking aside, it really has been a long time since our last transmission and the reasons are manifold and really pretty simple.
"This has been one of the most tumultuous years in the band since the mid-Nineties. The wheels very nearly came clean off, so where do I start?!
"We can't go any further without clearing up the drummer situation. Truth is, we had an incident in Greece that if you follow or know anything about the band has been well documented, so we won't go into again. Simon had some real problems that night." (Read More)
